The Women Leadership Accelerator is part of our Women Leadership Pathway which is aimed at women moving into management positions and practicing managers with aspirations for senior management roles. It will be delivered by Business School experts in a blended way (both on line and face to face) to maximise impact whilst increasing accessibility. Learners will be encouraged to create contacts through the cohorts of like-minded managers.

Our programme is fully accredited and learners will recieve a CMI Certificate Qualifcation and become a Foundation Status as a Charted Manager

The Women Leadership Accelerator is a CMI Level 5 Qualification that is focused on upskilling and accelerating female professionals ability to move into management positions and reduce the gender gap at leadership levels in many organisations. This programme gives a focused perspective for learner son the challenges facing female professionals and the different tools, knowledge and skills needed to progress in their career journey.

The extensive expertise held within Hull University Business School will be used to create a narrative to which all participants will learn practical, academic and reflective aspects of Leadership techniques and strategies.

Each session is 1 day per week, across a 6 week period. Refreshments and lunch provided.
