The SPRINTS are facilitated by experienced management development professionals, to provide participants with a unique and highly valuable opportunity to reflect on their personal leadership development to rethink workplace structures to enable resilience and growth.

The extensive expertise held within Hull University Business School will be used to create a narrative to which all participants will learn practical, academic and reflective aspects of Leadership techniques and strategies.
